Food and Excercise Diary or Tracker

I'm an inveterate list-maker, and after I lost 20 pounds 7 years ago, I've kept a food and exercise diary to help me keep the weight off. I've been making these little books since then, and I thought other people would find them useful too.

They're 3"x5", just the right size to slip in your purse, with 100 writable pages. Each page is the same—with spots for writing in the date, what you ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack, plus notes and 2 lines for exercise.
