| Shipping and Store Policies
I ship items within 48 hours of receiving payment, by USPS first class mail unless stated otherwise in the listing. Weekends and holidays can take a little longer. I'll send you an email when the package is sent, and will also contact you if I can't send the package straight away.
I can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If you'd like to order insurance, please
contact me before you purchase.
If you have a problem with an item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it to discuss a return or exchange. If you decide to return the item, you must ship it back to me with delivery confirmation on the package. Once I receive the item back, I'll give you a refund on your purchase price (not the shipping). Returns or exchanges can't be processed until I have the item back.
