I don’t know why cut paper sculptures, especially involving books, are so fascinating to me — maybe because I’m in awe that anyone could do that amount of hand cutting! I am fascinated by artworks like these, too. I wonder if the artists have the final sculpture in mind before they start, or if they begin and see how it develops? Either way, besides the awesome result I admire the patience and preciseness within these works. Thanks for sharing.
