Bookbinder Rhonda Miller has a nice post on her blog about the “patchwork-covered” books she’s made using the large pile of leather scraps she’s amassed. Must have been fun to figure out how to arrange all the odd shapes and mix & match the colors…

That was the most inspiring pile of “stuff” I have seen in a long long time…except ,,of course,,,for the piles in my own studio which I am in the process of trying to find a place, clean, tidy,,,you name it……then I see a pile of that magnitude. Just proves to me ,,,don´t throw anything away!
