In order to get herself “making stuff again, ” every day in the month of April, Sarah, over on her blog Anderson Ink, is “going to find or make an ampersand (or two or three) and share it with you.” The other day she made this pretzel — her post has lots of pictures of how to make one for yourself.

I’m ending the week with this great wood type ampersand, seen on Letterpress Daily. The face is Gothic Tuscan Condensed from Wells & Webb. (See lots more great wood type from Wells & Webb here.)

My friend Cathy sent me a link to this wood type wallpaper by Wall and Deco. Their website is in italian, but there are lots of pictures. They have other type-related as wallpaper, and some maps as well.
